Yes, all of our shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit.

We ship internationally to all countries listed on our e-Boutique check-out page. Should you require shipping to a country not included in the list, contact us and we will do our best to arrange it.
 
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Hasbani Gioielli does not ship to post office boxes. Hasbani Gioielli is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days out of our Headquarters in Milan, Italy (please allow an additional 1-2 days for engraved items). If your selected creation requires to be made to order, you will find the lead time specified at the bottom of the product description on the individual product page.

You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped. Depending on your country, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days from shipping.

Yes, we offer special gift packages free of charge. Just tick the “Gift Package” option on our e-Boutique check-out page.
You can also request a gift receipt, so that the recipient of the Hasbani Gioielli creation does not see the price, but is still able to exchange it in case they prefer another item.

Yes, we will send you a PDF invoice via email for any purchase made on Hasbani Gioielli e-Boutique.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order free of charge, as long as it has not already been shipped. To change or cancel an order, contact us with your order number.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Hasbani Gioielli creations purchased through our e-Boutique can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days following delivery, free of charge.
You may return your Hasbani Gioielli creation in a new and unused state, with the respective pouch, box, tag and original purchase receipt. 
Hasbani Gioielli will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
Should you wish to make a return for exchange or refund, contact us with your order number and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label with our return instructions.

Due to the unique and personalized features, bespoke and engraved items cannot be returned to Hasbani Gioielli for exchange or refund.

If you applied for a refund and Hasbani Gioielli approved your request, we will refund you via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
If you have not received a refund after more than 14 days following the refund approval, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Hasbani Gioielli guarantees that every creation purchased on the e-Boutique is authentic and handcrafted exclusively using 18kt solid gold, natural diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, pearls and semi-precious stones.

Yes, Hasbani Gioielli offers a lifetime warranty on all of the creations purchased on the e-Boutique.
Hasbani Gioielli’s lifetime warranty covers the repair or replacement of a damaged or defective item for its lifetime, free of charge.
Should a Hasbani Gioielli creation present a manufacturing defect, you can ship it to us and we will repair it at our atelier in Valenza, Italy or replace it with a new one. We will aim to ship it back to you within 10 working days following the reception of the item.
The warranty does not cover for any damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications made by other jewelers and normal wear and tear.
We do not offer protection against loss or theft.

Jewelry is delicate by nature. We are happy to repair any creation purchased on Hasbani Gioielli e-Boutique free of charge within the first 120 days of receipt of the item.
Repairs after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.

Hasbani Gioielli creations are handcrafted at our atelier in Valenza, Italy.

All of Hasbani Gioielli creations are exclusively made with 18kt solid gold, natural diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, pearls and semi-precious stones.
